What is your standard order processing time?

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. As soon as your purchase is ready for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

  • If you do not receive an email from P Cosse within 24-48 hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours. We ship with UPS and USPS and will provide tracking numbers for all orders upon shipping. International shipments are subject to international shipping fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • P Cosse offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We also accept PayPal, Amazon and ApplePay.

What is your return policy?

  • At P Cosse we value your satisfaction so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email at LovePCosse@gmail.com. All claims for damaged, incorrect goods, or discrepancies in quantity shipped must be reported within five business days after receipt of goods. We will not accept returns for any merchandise either worn, damaged or not in their original packaging. Approved returns will be exchanged or refunded. Any refund will be issued less shipping fees.
  • Health regulations stipulate that neither soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered clothing can be returned or resold. Being that lingerie is delicate in nature we cannot exchange or accept returned/used/worn lingerie. NO EXCEPTIONS.
